Virtual Court Kiosks and Launchpads: These stations provide the public with access to information and resources for most civil legal issues, community assistance programs, housing, and job searches. Users can also use the kiosks/launchpads to attend virtual court hearings and job interviews. The kiosk is available Monday - Thursday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Rural Clinic Program: TLSC hosts free one-on-one virtual meetings with a Texas-licensed attorney for rural areas across the state. Our attorneys can advise on a variety of civil issues, such as common family law matters, debt collection, and housing matters. Available every Second Thursday of the Month ELIGIBILITY FOR CLINIC You must reside in the areas being served and your household income must be at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. We cannot help with criminal matters or advise incarcerated persons.
